SolidKosmos: enhancing the reliability of COTS FPGAs for high-dependability computing systems

We are thankful for the opportunity to present our work to the ESA BIC Greece Stakeholders, Incubatees, and Alumni.  At SolidKosmos, we focus on making programmable chips (FPGAs) used in critical computing systems more reliable. Our EGSE tools help teams emulate radiation effects during development and monitor them in real-time during radiation testing. We also provide SW/HW co-design IPs to detect, correct, and monitor radiation-induced errors in cutting-edge FPGAs like Zynq-7000, Zynq UltraScale+, and Versal.

While our primary focus is on space applications, our technology is versatile and can support any critical computing system where reliability is paramount, such as automotive, avionics, and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.

We are excited to contribute  to safer, more dependable computing systems for satellites and deeply appreciate the ongoing support from ESA BIC Greece and the wider community.
